Community Outreach for the victims and families of Tops Jefferson Avenue Shooting

The Fruit Community Land Trust community is praying that you and your family are safe and well in light of the tragedy that occurred on Jefferson Avenue at Tops Market on May 14, 2022.

As a gesture of goodwill to our community, HOCN is offering 3 months of rental relief including utilities and FBCLT is offering a food gift card or Instacart services to assist. For assistance please call the office at 716-882-7661 or email info@fbcommunitylandtrust.org.
